WE have come a long way preparing for this trip and quoting my team member, "I've felt tired, and entertained thoughts of regret, doubt, even bitterness because while others were playing or working, I was at a meeting/ collecting newspapers/ washing cars, not that those weren't fun things to do." But as i seeked a learning point to fascilitate, the success of the team was more prominent.

Upon reflection, i realise that "Thus far, it has been Good!" I saw what success will look like for the team, as it already seems to have been achieved. Building this project right from its seed, facing frustration over red tapes, approvals, uncontrollable global factors, even withdrawals, setbacks.. the team rided over everything thru sheer determination, perseverance, persistence and lotsa of diligence, effort and multitudes of sacrifice! The outcome was that we have a Team that is embedded on our unofficial motto. "强 "(strong). This amplifies the positive spirit of LiLiang(Power) and Ai(Love) that this team possesses. Not a glimpse of negativity was prolonged.

This was evident during the Pre-expedition with Touch Young Arrows and during our fund raising ordeals. The lifejourneys session has given us the confidence to be truthful to one another. With just 5days left, the finalising of the team stuff are ON! and my personal preps/packing hasnt started! But as BoysIIMen sing in their song: "We will get there! We will get there somehow! cross that river, nothings stopping me now.... "
