"Sok Dee - meaning “good luck” in Lao Language comprises of our hope and blessing that we wish upon the villagers of Ban Kern-Laos. Simple as it may be, we hope to bring them our care and support from Singapore. Members of Project Sok Dee, who are an open group of individuals coming from different professions, will be embarking on a journey to Laos - Ban Kern, (from 13th June 2009 to 28th June 2009), to help out in any way possbile. Project Sok Dee will aim to provide the construction of a higher Rice Bank Structure, aid in Rice Planting Process, fundamental infrastructure to improve the studying enviroment of the students and interaction with the villagers & students.
